At the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov is undertaking a state visit to China from February 4 to 7. During their talks, a joint statement on deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership for a new era between the two countries was signed. President Xi said bilateral relations have achieved leapfrog development in recent years and have been elevated to a comprehensive strategic partnership for a new era.
